Awarded by the National Science Foundation, the development of Floura has won SBIR grants. Floura is the first of its kind natural flours that supersedes the functionalities of many ingredients, providing emulsifying, stabilizing, bulking, texturing properties to food, beverage, and personal care products. Combining their clean and simple labeling as "flour", Floura will enable the manufacturers and brands to meet consumers needs.
